I Found a Broken or Poorly Parked Bimba Bike

If you come across a broken, misplaced, or improperly parked Bimba bike, we appreciate your help in reporting it so we can address the issue promptly. Here’s how you can let us know:

How to Report an Issue

  1. In the App
    • Open the Bimba app.
    • Select the bike on the map.
    • Tap “Report Issue” and provide details about the problem.
  2. Via Email
    • Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
      • The location of the bike.
      • The QR code of the bike (found near the handlebars).
      • A picture of the bike showing the issue.
  3. With Your Municipality’s App (if applicable)
    • In some cities, you can report misplaced bikes directly to the municipality. They will work with us to relocate or repair the bike.
