I Found a Broken or Poorly Parked Bimba Bike
If you come across a broken, misplaced, or improperly parked Bimba bike, we appreciate your help in reporting it so we can address the issue promptly. Here’s how you can let us know:
How to Report an Issue
- In the App
- Open the Bimba app.
- Select the bike on the map.
- Tap “Report Issue” and provide details about the problem.
- Via Email
- Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- The location of the bike.
- The QR code of the bike (found near the handlebars).
- A picture of the bike showing the issue.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- With Your Municipality’s App (if applicable)
- In some cities, you can report misplaced bikes directly to the municipality. They will work with us to relocate or repair the bike.
