Getting a Ride Receipt for Your Bimba Ride

When your ride ends, Bimba automatically sends a receipt to the email address associated with your account. If you don’t see the receipt, check your spam or junk folder.

Add or Update Your Email

To ensure you receive your receipts, verify or update your email address in the Bimba app:

  1. Open the app menu and go to Settings.
  2. Update your email address if necessary.

Viewing and Downloading Receipts in the App

You can access your ride history and receipts directly in the Bimba app:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the map.
  2. Select History to view your past rides.
  3. Tap the ride for which you need a receipt.
  4. Choose Detailed Receipt to see the receipt.
  5. You can download the receipt as a PDF or have it re-sent to your email.

Additional Purchases

You can also view receipts for other transactions, such as adding funds to your Bimba Wallet or purchasing subscriptions, in the History section.
