1. Safely Stop and Park – If you’re riding and notice an issue, come to a complete stop and park the bike at the nearest Bimba station.
2. End Your Ride – Use the app to complete your ride before switching to another available bike nearby.

📢 How to Report a Damaged Bike

You can report a damaged bike directly in the Bimba app:

1. Open the Bimba app.
2. Go to the Help & Legal section in the menu.
3. Select “Report a Damaged Bike.”
4. Scan the bike’s QR code and describe the issue.
