Create a useful incident record
Send the QR number, location, time and a clear description. Add photos and third-party details only when it is safe and relevant. For injury, property damage or theft, file a police report as soon as possible and within 24 hours.
No Bimba insurance claim
Bimba does not provide insurance for riders or third parties, so reporting an incident to Bimba is not the same as filing an insurance claim. If you have your own coverage, contact that provider about its requirements.
Individual review
Bimba reviews the vehicle, trip, location and account records under the Rider Agreement. Loss, theft or damage may result in a case-specific additional charge of up to US$2,000 after review; this is separate from parking, which is free at approved locations.
