Time beyond your pass
Included minutes are capped. If the app allows riding after they run out, the current rate shown in the app applies. Confirm it before continuing.

Cancellations and refunds
Eligibility depends on purchase status and the applicable terms. For a duplicate or incorrect charge, keep the receipt or ride ID and review the refund policy. View policy ↗

Vehicle availability
Buying a pass does not reserve or guarantee a vehicle. The app map shows live vehicle and approved return-location availability.

Card authorization
A first payment may create a temporary US$20 authorization. It is not necessarily a completed charge, and your bank controls when the amount is released.
Bimba works best for one rider, a light load and short trips. For heavy rain, darkness, luggage, passengers or steep roads, choose a taxi, car or ATV.
