Send the QR number and exact location first, followed by a short description and screenshot if relevant. After a manual review, the team may end a trip remotely when appropriate; a remote end is not automatic or guaranteed.

Bimba customer support is not an emergency service. Call 9-1-1 first for immediate danger or serious injury, then contact Bimba when urgent needs have been addressed.
