Contact Bimba first

Send the QR number, last known location, time and a clear explanation. Do not confront anyone or try to recover the vehicle yourself.

Report theft to police

If the vehicle was stolen, make a report to the local police as soon as possible and within 24 hours. Share the report details with Bimba.

How responsibility is reviewed

Bimba uses GPS, app and trip information together with the Rider Agreement. Charges are assessed case by case, including whether the vehicle was left unattended, unsecured or outside an approved area.
