What to include
Send the account contact, ride date, QR number, amount, concise explanation and any relevant screenshot. A clear report helps the team locate the correct trip quickly.
What happens next
The operations team checks the available trip data and decides whether a refund, credit or no adjustment is appropriate. Changing your mind or encountering ordinary weather does not automatically qualify a completed ride for a refund.
