Identify the charge

A US$20 first-payment authorization is temporary rather than a completed ride charge. Standard rides include a US$1 unlock fee and US$0.50 per minute, including 13% VAT.

Send the details that locate the trip

Contact support with the ride date, approximate start and end times, QR number, amount and a screenshot of the charge. Never send your complete card number.

How reviews are decided

Bimba checks app status, location, vehicle and payment records. Incorrect charges, failed unlocks and technical end-ride problems are handled case by case rather than through an automatic refund.
