If you’re ever involved in an accident while riding a Bimba bike, follow these steps to ensure everyone’s safety and properly report the incident.

🚨 Immediate Actions to Take

1. Check for Injuries
   • Ensure that you and anyone else involved are safe.
   • If there are any injured persons, call local emergency services immediately.
2. Move to a Safe Location
   • If possible, move yourself and the bike out of harm’s way to avoid further risk.

📄 Reporting the Accident

Once all parties are safe, report the incident through one of the following methods:

• In the App
  1. Open the Bimba app and go to “Help & Legal.”
  2. Tap “Report an Issue” and select “Accident Report.”
  3. Provide details, including:
     • Date, time, and location of the accident.
     • Description of what happened.
     • Any injuries or property damage involved.
     • Photos of the scene, if possible.
