One account holder can start rides for up to two additional riders, for a maximum group of three vehicles.

Everyone must be eligible

All riders must be at least 18, able to control their own vehicle and understand the Bimba riding-area, parking and safety rules before the group starts.

One person per vehicle

Each e-bike or e-scooter is designed for one rider. Never carry a passenger or child, and do not share a vehicle while it is moving.

The account holder remains responsible

Confirm the correct QR number for each person and make sure every ride has ended before leaving. The account holder should keep the group together and report any problem promptly.
