One person per vehicle
Each e-bike or e-scooter is designed for one rider. Never carry a passenger or child, and do not share a vehicle while it is moving.
Charges go to the account holder
All Group Ride charges go to the payment method on the account that starts the group. A personal pass applies only if the app explicitly offers and confirms it for the Group Ride.
Confirm every ride has ended
Check the correct QR number for each rider and make sure every ride has ended before leaving. Follow the current Group Ride flow shown in the app rather than assuming that another rider needs a separate account or app.
