If your promo code didn’t work, there could be several reasons. Check the following to ensure your promo code is valid and applicable to your ride.
Common Reasons Your Promo Code May Not Work
- Location Restrictions:
- The promo code may only be valid in specific locations. Make sure it applies to rides in your area.
- Code Expired:
- Promo codes have expiration dates. Verify that your code is still active.
- Vehicle Type Restrictions:
- Some codes are specific to certain vehicles, such as e-bikes or other services.
- Limited Quantities:
- Certain promotions are available in limited quantities and may no longer be valid if they’ve already been redeemed.
- Single Use:
- Many promo codes are limited to one use per person.
- New Customer Requirement:
- Some codes are exclusively for new customers who haven’t completed a ride before.
- Non-Transferable:
- Promo codes cannot be shared or transferred to other users.
Viewing Promo Details
You can view the details of your promo codes in the app:
- Tap Promos in the app menu to see active and expired promotions.
- To check if a promo applied to your ride, go to:
- Tap History in the app menu.
- Select the ride you want to review.
- Tap Detailed Receipt to view promotion details under the “Promotions” section.
Trouble Applying a Promo Code to Your Ride?
If you’ve added the code to your account but it’s not applying to your ride:
- Double-check that the code hasn’t expired.
- Ensure the code is valid for your location and the type of vehicle you’re using.
