Position the vehicle correctly
Use the physical dock when the location requires it; otherwise leave the vehicle upright on its kickstand inside the marked area. Keep roads, entrances, driveways and pedestrian access clear.
Finish in the app
Tap End Ride and complete every on-screen prompt. Wait for the confirmation before walking away, because the rental clock continues until the trip is successfully ended.
If parking is not accepted
Move closer to the parking pin when safe and retry. If the app still will not end the ride, contact Bimba by WhatsApp or call at +506 6358 1026 and include the QR number, exact location and an error screenshot.
