Park responsibly
Use the kickstand or the physical dock when one is present. Keep roads, entrances, driveways, paths and pedestrian access clear.
Confirm the trip ended
Tap End Ride and complete the current on-screen prompts. Do not walk away until the app confirms the trip has ended, because billing continues while the ride remains active.
If the ride will not end
Keep a screenshot of the error and contact Bimba from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by WhatsApp or call at +506 6358 1026, or email hello@gobimba.com. Include the QR number and exact location.
