Verifying Your Bimba Account
To start riding with Bimba, you must verify your account using either your mobile number or your email address. Here’s how:
Email Verification
- Select email as your preferred verification method during the sign-up process.
- You’ll receive an email with a verification link and a unique code.
- Open the email and click the verification link, or enter the code into the app to complete your verification.
- Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Mobile Phone Verification
- Choose mobile phone as your verification method during sign-up.
- You’ll receive a verification code via SMS.
- Enter the code into the app to verify your account.
- Troubleshooting: If you don’t receive the SMS within one minute, ensure you have good signal and no SMS blockers enabled. You can also request the code to be resent.
